Two residential projects
In October, I went west to photograph two projects for CZWG, ‘Luma Apartments’ at the Central Middlesex Hospital in Park Royal, and to Victoria Hall in Wembley. Luma is a Durkan development for Network Housing Group and Victoria Hall student accommodation designed by CZWG and O’Connell East in Manchester, and built by Mace. I had had two visits there three years ago to produce backgrounds for the CGI visualizations, so the objective was in part to reproduce some of those views. Happily, my final images and the CGIs were uncannily close to each other, and in both cases I was able to make good use of two of the seven consecutive days of warm sunshine in October.
